NOTICE BOARD

Notice:

 A meeting of the Central Committee of Netaji Chatra Yuba Sangstha will be held on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at 3 pm.

 (Meeting place will be announced one day in advance.)

 Topics of the meeting ::

 1) Discussion of last year's program and income and expenditure

 2) Publication and discussion of the report of the constitution amendment sub-committee of the organization

 3) Publication of membership list for 2022-23 and issuance of membership certificate (Membership I'd Card)

 3) To appoint new active members instead of the officers of the present committee who are not performing their duties.

 4) To take the program of the year 2022-23 and to give the responsibility of different sub-committees

 5) Others.

 I request all the members and officials present at the meeting to give their views in the meeting 10 minutes before the scheduled time of the meeting.

আগামী ৩ এপ্রিল ২০২২ ইং রবিবার বিকাল ৩ ঘটিকায় নেতাজি ছাত্র যুব সংস্থার কেন্দ্রীয় কমিটির সভা অনুষ্টিত হবে । 

( সভার জায়গা একদিন পূর্বে NCYS OFFICIAL WhatsApp group এ জানানো হবে । ) 

উক্ত সভার আলোচ্য বিষয় ::  

১) বিগত বছরের কর্মসূচি ও আয় ব্যয় নিয়ে আলোচনা 

২) সংস্থার সংবিধান সংশোধন উপ সমিতির প্রতিবেদন প্রকাশ ও আলোচনা

৩) ২০২২-২৩ সালের সদস্য তালিকা প্রকাশ ও সদস্য পত্রের প্রমাণ পত্র ( Membership I'd Card ) প্রদান করা ( ২০২২-২৩ ইং সদস্য পদ রিনিউল চাঁদা জমা করার প্রমাণ সাথে অনতে হবে ) 

৩)বর্তমান কমিটির যে সব কর্মকর্তা দায়িত্ব পালন করছেন না তাদের পরিবর্তে নতুন সক্রীয় সদস্য দের দায়িত্ব প্রদান ।

৪) ২০২২-২৩ বর্ষের কর্মসূচি গ্রহণ ও বিভিন্ন উপ সমিতির দায়িত্ব প্রদান 

৫) বিবিধ ।

উক্ত সভার নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের ১০ মিনিট পূর্বে সকল সদস্য সদস্যা ও কর্মকর্তাদের ( কেবল সদস্য পদ পুনঃ রিনিউল করা সদস্য সদস্যাদের ) উপস্থিত থেকে সভায় নিজেদের মতামত জানানোর জন্য অনুরোধ করছি।
